Life systems coaching

Build a life that actually works.

I help people design sustainable systems around technology, relationships, productivity, study, and business support so life feels less fractured, more coherent, and easier to act inside.

What I help with

Coaching for the whole system

This work goes beyond generic productivity advice. The focus is on how your tools, habits, obligations, and relationships fit together, then shaping a system that feels workable in real life.

Tech integration

Make your digital tools support your values, attention, and daily workflow instead of fragmenting them.

Relationships

Build communication habits, accountability, and rhythms that strengthen the relationships you want to keep alive.

Productivity

Create structures that respect energy, capacity, and season of life instead of forcing one-size-fits-all efficiency.

Academic success

Translate goals into workable study systems, writing habits, research workflows, and clearer intellectual direction.

Business support

Clarify priorities, reduce operational drag, and build systems that make your work more consistent and more humane.

Pricing

Tiered support with room for access

The structure starts with access tiers, then scales into more involved coaching. A limited pro bono option and a reduced-cost tier keep the work accessible without turning the practice into always-on support.

FAQ

What people usually ask first

How do sessions work?

Sessions happen by video call. You receive a scheduling link after reaching out, and we use the call to clarify goals, diagnose friction, and decide on next steps.

How does between-session contact work?

Most of the work happens in the sessions. Between calls, you can reach me by email for scheduling, brief clarifications, and lightweight adjustments rather than ongoing live support.

Do you offer one-off sessions?

Yes. A single 60-minute session is available for $127 when you need focused help on one specific problem instead of ongoing support.

How quickly do people usually see results?

Most people get more clarity right away. Durable changes usually become visible within a month or two once the new system is actually in use.

Can I change tiers later?

Yes. Start where you are, then move up or down once the level of support becomes clearer.

Next step

Start with the tier that feels sustainable.

If you are unsure where to begin, the monthly tier is the cleanest entry point. If cost is the main constraint, the reduced-cost tier keeps a lighter monthly rhythm available.
